Robo Productions is a brand of this company. We have not appointed a data protection officer because we are not legally required to.
2. What this website does not do
- No cookies and no similar storage on your device.
- No analytics, tracking or advertising tools, no social media pixels.
- No external fonts, scripts, maps or videos. Everything is served from our own server.
So there is nothing to consent to, and no cookie banner is needed.
3. Server log files
When you visit, your browser sends technically necessary data that our host processes in log files: IP address, date and time, requested file, status, referring page, browser and operating system. The purpose is to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed for this.
4. Hosting
The website runs on Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages). Cloudflare processes the data from section 3 as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Processing in the USA cannot be ruled out; it is safeguarded by the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) and certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Time calculator
The time calculator on the home page runs only in your browser. Your input is neither transmitted nor stored. If you then click the button to request a check, only the selected tasks and the number of hours are passed to the contact page in the address and written into the prepared email. It is only sent when you send it yourself from your mail program.
6. Contact by email
If you email us, for example via the “Write to me” button, we process the details it contains: usually your name, email address, business and what you need. The purpose is to answer your request and arrange a date. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).
Our mailbox contact@robo-productions.com is hosted by Google (Google Workspace, Google Cloud EMEA Ltd., Dublin, Ireland) as a processor. The website itself stores nothing. We delete your request no later than six months after our last contact if it does not lead to an order. If it does, statutory retention periods apply. Unencrypted email is not a secure means of transmission.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). An informal message to the address above is enough.
You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Ours is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.
8. Changes
We update this policy when the website or the law changes. The version published here applies.
